  Thanks. I lost 60 lbs by:

  - switching from milk and soda and beer to water
  - taking Tramadol for my back injury which made me as high as a fucking kite and not hungry
  - eating less
  - deciding to be happy

  The end. Sorry, it’s what worked for me and anyone I ever tell this to is annoyed.
